As a DJ no one person can question Sebastian R's versatility. His sets range greatly in musical style, but come together to give the people an unforgettable journey. Although most of his selection in music can be found in the "progressive house" genre, his music still ranges from tech-house, to dirty bangin' electro. This allows him to cater to a broad audience, yet still play for himself while pleasing the crowd. Born in Europe, Sebastian R. moved to the States at an early age, bringing his European musical influence along with him to Chicago. Sebastian R. has been named the "Next Chicago Star" numerous amounts of times by people who have experienced him live. Receiving compliments and interests after every set, Sebastian R has made a name for himself in his hometown of Chicago. Even of such a young age, his passion for music has led him deep into the clubs, allowing him to share stage with the likes of Tiesto, Benny Benassi, Gabriel & Dresden, and many more. He is not only making a big impact locally in Chicago, but in Florida as well.
Recently just getting back from a mini tour in Miami, Sebastian tells his most memorable moment; "It was 3am at Voodoo Lounge and I had the crowd ripping shirts off, screaming, jumping, and just going insane. Even the bartenders joined in by throwing napkins in the air". He is already looking forward to coming back.
There is only one thing audiences sense when they hear Sebastian R spin, it's a force that grows immediately between him and a crowd, it's the only thing that keeps them wanting for more, this thing is called the power of music. Sebastian understands this, lives it, and breathes it. It's the one thing he knows will help him surpass the idea of a dream, on into a life long lifestyle of him - the crowd, the dance floor and the music.
